Heart Work - Teal and Yellow

I took out the stitch 'mounds' I had on the yellow print and did overbeading on some of the print on that piece. I like it lots better now.

Working on a new heart. Needs something. Does the camera take away something? Tried to get a better shot...

I think it does. I know that motif in the turquoise patch on top is gorgeous, but I can't really see it well. The shine also makes it harder to see the stitching. Cameras don't see in the dimensions our eyes do, and something is always lost.

Hi Hon.. This is looking wonderful, and yes the camera can never truly capture the beauty as well as the human eye. Since the fancies have that sheen, it bounces off the camera and immediately brings your eye to the shine instead of all the lovely work.

Its lovely but the camera shine does seem to be making it harder to see the details.!

I agree, the top motif is gorgeous. It also looks like you have done just gobs of bead work to the right hand side. I love beads! Nice work.
